PROCESSING Once you placed an order, it will take 5-10 business days to process and ship your order (Not including weekends and holidays). If our factory don't have something in stock, processing may take up to 7-14 business days to process and ship your order ( Not including weekends or holidays). You will not receive any updates on your order whiles it's being processed. SHIPPING After your order has been processed, you will then receive an email with your tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, it will then arrive in 1-3 business days (Not including weekends and holidays). After your order has been shipped, your order is out of our hands. We are not responsible for any delayed or stolen/lost packages. Our shipping carrier is USPS. Please contact USPS for any questions/concerns regarding your package. Returns/Refunds There is absolutely NO returns/refunds on any orders. All orders are final sale. On a rare occasion that you received an incorrect order, you have up to 7 days to send it back using the return address provided on the package. We wIll gladly replace the order as long as the hair has not been used or tampered with ( unraveled, colored, bleached, cut, etc.). Estimated arrival time will be 10-13 days after ID verification is completed. 14-20 days if need to be made , delays or high volume orders. For READY TO SHIP ITEMS , Please allow up to 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. This does not include weekends or holidays. Orders will not be processed/shipped during weekends or holidays. After order has been processed, shipping takes between 1-3 business days. Estimated arrival time will be 2-5 business days after ID verification is completed. ​ CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER EVEN IF I PICKED STANDARD SHIPPING? No you can not pick up your order if you picked shipping. For security purposes all orders that selected shipping will be shipped no exceptions. ​ CAN I DO EXPEDITED SHIPPING We do not offer expedited shipping. Our shipping is 1-3 business days after your order has been processed. ​ Do you ship outside of the US (Worldwide)? YES !
