STORE POLICY

PROCESSING:

Once you placed an order, it will take 5-10 business days to process and ship your order (Not including weekends and holidays). If our factory don't have something in stock, processing may take up to 7-14 business days to process and ship your order ( Not including weekends or holidays). You will not receive any updates on your order whiles it's being processed.

 

SHIPPING POLICY:

After your order has been processed, you will then receive an email with your tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, it will then arrive in 1-3 business days (Not including weekends and holidays). After your order has been shipped, your order is out of our hands. We are not responsible for any delayed or stolen/lost packages. Our shipping carrier is USPS. Please contact USPS for any concerns regarding your package. 

SHIPPING FEES INCLUDE:

  • Signature confirmation delivery
  • (Optional) Full insurance coverage in the rare event of loss or damage goods during transit. ( You must select this add on during checkout )

 

RETURNS / REFUNDS: 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to sanitation and custom purposes, there is absolutely NO Returns/Refunds on any orders. All orders are final sale. Wigs , Extensions and Customization Services are considered personal-use items and are not eligible for return under any circumstances once delivered. 

On a rare occasion that you received an incorrect order, you have up to 7 days after delivery date to send it back using the return address provided on the package. We will gladly replace the order as long as the hair has not been used or tampered with (unraveled, colored, bleached, cut, etc.).

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery date and must include clear photos and video documentation. Items must remain unworn, unaltered and in original condition in order to be accepted.

J'amore Hair reserves the right to determine eligibility for any resolution based on inspection and verification.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

Orders can be canceled on the same day they are placed before 11:59pm EST. Once orders begin processing , it can no longer be canceled and payments will be final and non-refundable.

All packages require a signature upon arrival. If you do not sign for the package, it will not be delivered until signed to confirm delivery. This is for security purposes only. We do not ship to P.O Boxes and Addresses that have not been confirmed by PayPal. Billing and shipping address must match.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  • For PRE-ORDER items , Please allow up to 14" business days for your order to be processed & shipped. This does not include weekends or holidays. Orders will not process/shipped during weekends or holidays. After order has been processed, shipping takes between 1-3 business days. Estimated arrival time will be 10-14 days after ID verification is completed. 14-25 days if an item needs to be made, delayed or high volume orders.

  • For READY TO SHIP ITEMS ,  Please allow up to 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. This does not include weekends or holidays. Orders will not be processed/shipped during weekends or holidays. After order has been processed, shipping takes between 1-3 business days. Estimated arrival time will be 2-5 business days after ID verification is completed.


CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER EVEN IF I PICKED STANDARD SHIPPING?

  •  No you can not pick up your order if you picked shipping. For security purposes all orders that selected shipping will be shipped no exceptions.


CAN I DO EXPEDITED SHIPPING

  • We do not offer expedited shipping. Our shipping is 1-3 business days after your order has been processed.


Do you ship outside of the US (Worldwide)?

  •  YES ! Orders outside of the US shipping will arrive in 2-5 business days after order has been processed (Not including weekends or holidays). Shipping carrier will be FEDEX, UPS or DHL (Shipping cost will vary depend on location).

 

Why do I need to complete an ID Verification Form?

  • An ID verification form is required to protect both our customers and our company from any fraudulent transactions. If a credit or debit card is used by anyone other than the authorized card holder , the order will be canceled and the payment will be refunded to the original form of payment.

 

Is it required to complete the ID verification form ? 

  • It is required for all orders over $200 + to complete the ID verification form. You have the right to decline this verification process. However, please note that if you choose to do so, your order will be canceled and refunded.
